Peterson is also a brewer. This year he founded the Buffalo Water Beer Co. after working with one of the firm's clients, the Wisconsin Brewer's Guild. His office is also located at the intersection of Buffalo and Water Street in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, hence the name.

"Stop and think this through," Peterson asked. "The number one finger food across America is Buffalo wings, so why not have a craft beer that caters to that industry? That's how Buffalo Water was born."

And where will Peterson roll out Buffalo Beer?

"In Buffalo, N.Y. of course," he said. "It's the perfect spot."
